Possible Reasons Why The Product Has Not Been Shipped
- Need to stock:
The warehouse takes a certain amount of time to pick up and pack the goods for you. Before the goods are ready, the order status will always display "Not Delivered".
- Need to purchase:
Generally, the goods will be purchased and delivered within the expected delivery date. If there is a delay in purchasing, we will notify you of the new expected delivery time by email (click here to view the relevant email content). Please be patient and wait. Where Is My Order?
- By providing tracking details, your order has been processed and shipped. It has left our warehouse.
- Tracking details usually appear in the shipper's database within 48 hours and point-in-time tracking is usually provided, meaning your order location will be updated and closer to you as it is scanned.

Why Is The Shipping Information Always Not Updated?

- The free shipping policy applies to all products on our Pinuan(note: except for installation tools). And includes customers from all countries and regions. - Customs in some countries require registered importers to provide special certification before releasing the goods. You may need to provide an ID code, such as a passport, ID card, etc.
What Should I Do If My Package Is Lost?
- According to the shipping policy, this means that the person responsible for lost or damaged items lies with the carrier.
- If your package is shown as delivered to the destination but you cannot find him, please locate your package within 24 hours in several ways.

Cancellations
- Cancellation before payment. If you have not yet paid, you do not need to contact our staff to cancel.
- Cancellation after payment. If you have already decided to cancel your order, please contact our staff as soon as possible, because once the normal shipping starts, the order will not be cancelled. Tips
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.Upon receiving your order, if you are not completely satisfied with your color choice, please contact customer service within 7 days for a return/refund or replacement.

Return Process
- When you need a refund, please first contact us, explain the reason and please provide us with the following information:
- The original order number.
- Photographs clearly showing the problem with the item.
- Details of the requested replacement item: the item number, the name and color.
- Your shipping address and phone number.
- After receiving the return application, it will be processed within 1-3 working days.
- The customer will receive a refund or replacement of the vinyl wraps within 1-3 working days after we receive the parcel.
- Please contact your local post office to confirm the actual return shipping fee. We recommend you use the cheapest registered airmail method that is available.
- The delivery address will be provided by mail after submitting the application
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refund Conditions
- If you receive the product without quality problems or color difference when you open the package, or because of your personal reasons (such as wrong size filling, wrong color selection), but you still want a refund, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the item, and we will process your refund request, Refunds cannot be requested aller 7 days of receiving the product. Please note that refunds do not include shipping costs to return the product. You need to bear the freight by yourself.
- Custom orders or personalized items are not eligible for a 7 day refund.
- When applying for a refund, please ensure that the goods applied for have not been artificially damaged or altered. If the goods are artificially damaged or altered, we will not be able to provide you with a refund service.
